Cam4 Now Accessible in China
There are reports that porn sites once blocked by China are now available to be seen in China. I checked Cam4 Google stats and in January Cam4 had 100 visits a day from China. Today Cam4 is getting over 4,000 visits a day from China. That doesn’t sound like many for a country with over one billion people, but it’s a big increase. It looks like our Chinese friends are discovering Cam4 and starting to join us. We would just like to say

There has been no statements from the Chinese Government that this is a official change in policy and surfing for porn is still illegal in China. But Cam4 is happy to be available to the Chinese public and hopes to see a lot nude Chinese very soon!

Why do I keep getting re-directed to a non functioning web site now when Im trying to watch a cam on Cam4? its just recent.. like in the last two days

I never have any complains about cam4 the best site ever and i know a lot of, but today august 12 2010 at 5:57 p.m ive seen something very disgusting.
A girl name Silentsushi1, fucking whore , abuse of her dog , i have a pic and i accept everything except childs and animal abuse in my favorite place, and i have all the abusers who are happy seeing the scene.I think the admin must block her and all of the people in the chat that are happy with the abuse of the dog. I send a message to the admin too for abuse and to block her inmediatly.

i agree with ilovedcam4. I cannot view cam4 now because i cannot use webproxy. i am an avid fan of cam4.
3 weeks ago you wrote a post recommending using webproxies to access cam4 from work. Why did you block them now? Censorship sucks

There was a number of web sites that displayed cam4 webcams on them illegally and charged people to access them. Proxies are also being used increasingly by spammers and other abusive people on cam4. Changes where made to disallow this.
