BUT Why is technical support not answering my emails!!!!?

There is a HD-logo but its greyed out.
AND im missing screen, look likes cam4 is zooming in if i use the external decoder.
If i normally broadcast its the whole screen.
Whats going wrong? If its zooming in its not usefull for me to use a external decoder…!!!!
