I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues.
Have you tried switching your browser to Firefox? While I realize you may have always used Chrome, Chrome does not always work best with the site.
If you could also send me your user name I can check up on the tokens to see if there is a sync issue between your account and the tipping servers.

I am a returning user and also occasionally purchase of tips to give to perfomers.
From mid-December 2014 I happen the following things:
1) I can not display the tokens available to me on the bar at the top right (I have 97);
2) I can not see the cam broadcasting.
I note that I always used as chrome browser that works beautifully.
I already tried to empty the cache, cookies, to check the settings of the players with their resets.
I do not know what to do because your technical service does not respond to my emails.
Possible that you can not solve a problem ???
Why cam4 shall keep my token (about 20 Euros) unless I can use them.
