Cam4 Gifts: Service Update
Having trouble sending gifts to your favorite performers? We heard your feedback and dove right back in to fix it.
As of this morning, we’ve made a few fixes, including:
- Clicking “Send a Gift” multiple times will not send multiple gifts.
- Insufficient funds and other errors sending gifts have been corrected.
- Any gifts that you have tried to send that haven’t already appeared on the recipients profile will be added today or tomorrow.

Any idea when the gifts sent prior to the fix will appear on profiles? you said yesterday or today but there still doesn’t seem to be any sign of the gifts which didn’t get displayed appearing yet. Thanks

I probably should’ve wrote “most” rather than “all”, since some would eventually fall through the cracks! ;) Send a note to support@cam4.biz so they can deal with your issue specifically. I’ll write up another post next week with an update of how far along we are.
